We cannot sing the praises of TAC enough! This agency and their incredible adoption specialists and team (Madyson, Kenna, Stacey, Kaitlyn, etc.) are second to none! We've now worked with the agency over several years, three matches, and two successful placements. They held our hands through the high highs and the low lows. They are kind, professional, resourceful, communicative, and all around amazing! We've worked with other agencies and cannot recommend TAC enough! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with TAC! The staff is truly incredible and have gone above and beyond for us through our entire experience from signing on, waiting and to finally being matched. Stacey, Kaitlyn and Madyson were all amazing and we are forever grateful for them! When we needed something or had a question we always received a quick response or a phone call of encouragement. Madyson was the specialist we were working with through our placement process and she was so thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. She went over everything we needed to know with such detail and always answered our questions immediately. She was wonderful and made our experience which could have been stressful very smooth and easy! We’re so grateful for TAC!

We had the pleasure of choosing the Texas Adoption Center to complete our home study. It was our delight to work with Caitlin Phillips over the phone and having Edith Delgado to our house for our home visit. From the moment I contacted Caitlin, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained how the whole process worked and connected us with Edith from the El Paso Branch. Edith was just as wonderful to work with. She made us feel comfortable and cared for at all times of the process. Edith is very professional and represents the Texas Adoption Center very well. We knew the home study was going to be a difficult part in our journey but we are very glad we choose the Texas Adoption Center to do it and very thankful to both Caitlin and Edith for making it a comfortable and awesome experience! We loved working with TAC! Everyone on the team was incredibly competent, friendly, and helpful. This was our first time going through the adoption process, so we had lots of questions about the process and how everything worked. The team at TAC was always happy to explain things to us! We saw lots of profiles while we were in the waiting pool which was very encouraging and we love the couple we were matched with! Our adoption specialist in El Paso became our primary contact post-match and she was amazing (shoutout to Madyson!). She did an excellent job facilitating early conversations we had with the birth parents and making everyone feel comfortable. When we arrived in TX, she was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. She was with us and the birth parents at the hospital for pretty much the entire time, communicating with the nurses and making sure we were all on the same page. It was so nice to have someone there who knew the process in and out! We love our son and the open relationship we have with his birth parents and couldn’t be more grateful to the team at TAC for everything they did to help everyone involved. Thank you!

My wife and I have adopted both of our children through Texas Adoption Center. We had nothing but an extremely pleasant and professional experience with them both times. We worked with staff and social workers from El Paso, Austin, Houston, and Harlingen and they were are very helpful throughout our entire process. We would definitely recommend Texas Adoption Center to anyone who is looking to adopt. They helped change our lives in ways we could not imagine and we are forever grateful to them!

We had a wonderful experience with Texas Adoption Center. Our counselor was a fantastic resource during our adoption and the office was quick to answer questions post placement. We have been very happy and every time we look at our daughter are thankful for the hard work and care that TAC had for our family and the birth family.

When my husband and I set out to adopt, we idealized about the scenario that we wanted to adopt from and that it would be a positive experience for both us, the adoptive parents, and for the birth mother. We were in the adoption process for 2 years and had a couple failed adoptions and had lots of experience with different agencies and attorneys. Sadly, many were not what we hoped for. Then we happened upon Texas Adoption Center and really appreciated our experience and communication from all of the staff members. They happened to have a baby already born in the NICU in El Paso when they got the call and Edith visited with the birth mother in and out of the hospital for a few weeks. When we got the call we were chosen and to come out we witnessed first hand the bond she had developed with the birth mom which was really sweet and cute. But we never felt like we were not prioritized either, so it felt like a great win/win scenario. Without having any time to prepare we didn't have a pediatrician in El Paso so Edith made all arrangements for baby's first appointment. They made it as easy as possible and definitely made it all about the baby and families first and paperwork second. We were so grateful to have such a wonderful experience in El Paso! I have already recommended them to 2 friends in the adoption process and if we adopt again domestically they'll be our first call!
