Jordan Ford

So, initially I would have rated a 4. Now, definitely a 1. I purchased my vehicle 2 months ago. I purchased the extended warranty and mx plan. I paid 1499.95 for the warranty and 750 for the mx plan. Now, I go to my ford pass app and notice my 42K points have been redeemed. I call ford pass to find out Jordan Ford used them on the 21st of July. Call Jordan Ford and was told my points were used for my warranty/mx plan. Excuse me...I paid for those, which you will see in the photos. Here I am still waiting on Jordan Ford to make this right. I had planned on using those points that were worth $210 towards the perimeter alarm so I could get my remote start activated, because I didn't realize it wasn't on the key fob. Mind you, this is an additional $600 to get done...when I just want remote start on my FOB. Anyways, they took my money/points away from me without any notice.I'm a woman, and should have known better than to trust them. I went in without my husband and feel I was definitely ripped off. Jordan Ford is by far the worst dealership to deal with. I will never recommend them to anyone. Even after reaching out to my salesman, none of this has been corrected. Do not go here unless you want to be screwed over.

This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I met salesman Steve Nichols and he went above and beyond. He knew what I was looking for and found it. He took his time and helped every step of the way. There are not enough words to describe how highly I think of him. I will always go to him and send anyone I know looking for a vehicle his way. He put my faith back into car dealerships. Thank you Steve and Jordan for helping me get my dream truck.

I have to say this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! I worked with Jeremiah who went above and beyond to make sure i got a car i was happy with. I normally dread car shopping but he made it easy and stress free. he walked me through all the cars they had available without being pushy. He was honest with any questions i had and even provided the carfax for each one. I ended up being interested in an Altima that happen to be at a further location. He had no problem having it transported to this location and having it ready for me to look at the next morning. They offered water throughout the whole process and the manager even offered some pizza they had gotten for the office. I ended up getting a really great deal on the car that cut my interest rate down quite a bit. They detailed the car really well too! I have nothing but good things to say it was just a great experience and i will definitely be suggesting Jeremiah to anyone who is looking for a genuine salesman.

The Service Representative at Jordan Ford was awesome, not only did she conduct herself in a very professional manner. She was very helpful in getting my truck service after I received a recall on my 1993 truck, where other dealership’s at right told they would not service my truck because it was to old. Instead of turning me away she got on the phone to find out more information on the recall and how she could make it right. During my whole visit she treated me with upmost respect and as I was a valued customer. Highly recommend this dealership but most of all Service Representative Miss E. Cox.

I don’t think many people enjoy the car buying process but I have to say, Jeremiah in used car sales was extremely easy to work with. He was very genuine and almost felt like a friend was selling a car to us. He was real and honest without being a pushy aggressive salesman which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our experience. He helped load our stuff from our trade in and truly gave us the best customer service. Brad also helped with the deal and he was great to work with too. Will be back for my next vehicle in the future!

If you’re looking for an easy car buying experience Jordan Ford is the place. Daniela Cantu was very helpful at answering all of our questions thoroughly and timely. She made our buying experience fast and easy and all was done through the phone as we are not from the San Antonio area. She was so helpful we purchased 2 vehicles within a 2 week span!! 10/10 recommend!

I went to Jordan Ford after a not so pleasant visit at another local Ford dealership. I had previously meet my salesman Alex, so I decided to give him a chance to make a sale. Alex exceeded all my expectations I was looking for in a salesman. He was a great ambassador on behalf of Jordan Ford. My finance representative Devon was outstanding with getting me in and out in minimal time. I had to follow up with Devon on with a few questions. He took the time to answer my questions in a timely manner. With my overall experience with these two gentlemen, I would recommend seeing them for your next purchase. The only recommendation I would give to Jordan Ford is other salesmen should be more willing to help customers. On my day of purchase I walked the new car lot for about 30 minutes while I want on Alex to finish with a client. No one approached me to help and it was several other salesmen out front on their phones.

I purchased my Ford’s in Dallas but Jordan Ford is my ‘home’ store! Upon arrival Matt took great care of me, made sure I had a loaner the entire time as well. I had no idea how long my parts would take to come but Matt was super responsive to messages and updates.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Jordan Ford. Our salesman, Chuck Taylor, was outstanding, not once was he overbearing or pushy and is honestly one of the reasons we made our purchase. He patiently waited as we took our time inspecting every detail of the unit and was ready and able to answer all our questions. We definitely did not receive that kind of service anywhere else that day. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and will definitely be buying from there again.

Jordan Ford provides quality service and exceptional customer service! I had my work vehicle serviced due to a recall and Brian LaCourse took care of everything. He was great with providing clear communication and correspondence regarding the services to the vehicle. Additional staff were kind and made sure I was approached quickly and greeted when I entered the service area. They serviced the vehicle efficiently and I got the car back in less than 24 hours. Great experience with Jordan Ford!!
