As we were in the process of purchasing a condo in Playa del Carmen, we need a reliable home inspector. Even though the condo is brand new,, we felt that a proper and thorough home inspection was warranted. And that's when we saw Jose's company, Home Inspection Master Services,, through Google search. Apparently, there was not many home inspector in PDC (he's probably the only one!) and according to my realtor, home inspection is not very common in Mexico (which was mind blowing to me!!) In any case, all I can say is that Jose, aka Pepe, is such an amazing guy! Not only is he very professional, thorough, and prompt, he is very passionate about his work, super friendly and just down right super nice human being! He gave us so many tips about the condo, the area, furniture buying, and connecting us with other folks who provide services we would definitely need in the future. He also connected us with his previous client which was very much appreciated! I really truly highly recommend Jose (he is also a realtor and contractor in case you need one)! Wow. Pepe is exactly what I want in an inspector. Knowledgeable, experienced and great communication. I trust he’s looking out for my best interest. I cannot recommend Pepe and this company enough. I live in the states and was buying an unusual property with 4 bungalows.
