ATV Amazing Cancun

This is a great place. Just visited them last week. ATV, zip lining and a picturesque xenote all in one place. Transportation back and forth was hassle-free. Staff made us feel safe with their attention to detail. Most importantly, staff was very warm and pleasant at all times. At the time of sign in they had noted our preference for vegetarian meals and made sure we get a satisfying platter. The food served was very homely and we were truly fed and treated like guests. They truly live up to their name, ATV amazing, is truly amazing.

Not great. Atv’s only go 2 miles per hour, zip lining was fun but the structures you have to climb to get up don’t seem sturdy and safe, cenote was very dirty and gross. Lunch was great! Then, you get told you return vehicle will be there in 10 mins and end up waiting over an hour and a half in the extreme heat.

The activities the self were pretty fun, however...They charged us $100 ($20 per person) for our pictures and said that if we email them they would send us the photos as well as have us a disk with the photos on it. After sending multiple emails asking for our photos with no response we checked the disk, and it was completely blank !Now we’re left with no pictures of our experience since they did not even let us use our phones throughout the activities.... waste of money .

Enjoyed experience however too many complaints.1. Left tip and guy said 'I didn't see you leave a tip', like I was lying.2. Being harassed for tips is extremely uncouth.3. Child staff who showed little enthusiasm in charge of my health and safety on zip line.4. On arrival it was very chaotic and rushed with information; hard to keep up and prone to an accident.5. Once we finished ATV and zip line no one showed us how to access the Cenote and we were just left.6. Most disappointing was being ripped off! We bought package of photos and videos and told it was $85. They then proceeded to transfer to MXN $and add taxes. What ever they transfered it to was far more than $85 + 16% tax. It is a confusion tactic with figures. Advertise in MXN if you're going to do transactions in MXN. Anyway, I'm English and the package cost me £90, which is way way much more than $85 +16%tax.The deception put a huge downer on day for me!Just be up front and honest, instead of duping people out of their money. That's real lowdown and dirty.

Tequila (our main guide) was great! Outside of that, however, the staff consistently urged us to spend more and more money or wait for everyone in order to leave and even confiscated our phone (!?!?). Everything is an extra cost, even the lockers that are mandatory

This atv excursion was horrible. The experience itself was very mild and the transportation sucked. The park itself was ab 3 hours but we were gone for 8 hours waiting on buses. Alberto was constantly dismissive (guy who runs it) and would not help as we had been waiting on transport for 2 hours straight as the park was over. I heavily advise you Save your money or pick another spot

The experience was alright at best, the staff, specifically Alberto, was dismissive and rude. After our activities we had to wait 2.5 hours for the transportation. When asking how much longer Alberto kept being dismissive and dodging the question. He was extremely rude and entitled. Wouldn’t Recommend this place for an excursion. Pick somewhere else

I enjoyed the overall experience and the food was good at the end, but the one star comes from the lack of customer service I received when i had an issue. I thought I would have memories of my trip with me zip-lining with my husband and friends, but after paying for my photos I received the photos of someone else on my CD Rom. I've been contacting them since I realized I had the wrong photos and I have received nothing but broken promises of me receiving my photos, and its going on a year now. I still want my photos and will continue to reach out.

Driver was very unenthusiastic, lack of details that were given about itinerary and carpooling to place. It took a very long time to get there given the carpool situation with pick ups and sporadic places. Zip lining was ok but not that special. ATVs were lame because 6 of us where riding together on a tight path in a close pack which did allow you really drive it at all. Cenote was nice but rushed like everything else. Food at end was good but very small portions. Price was very cheap which made up for it somewhat. Staff at place were very nice and place was pretty nice was well. They need to charge more and to boost their services/ the experience. Great business idea though!

We booked this tour last minute and are so glad we did. Our family of 4 (two young kids) had an awesome time. First time for zip lining, we rode ATVs, horses, swam in a cenote, and rode a HUGE monster truck through the jungle in a water balloon fight with zombies. I recommend you just wear your bathing suit for the monster truck ride!! We loved it. Plus, it was the best food we had on our entire trip to Cancun. Thanks to the staff for a memorable experience.
