The picture of the pharmacy in this listing is not the Secretaria de Turismo. If you walk about 3 blocks south, on the opposite side of the road next to the Police station is the Officina de Turismo. If you're like me and you're just looking to get a fishing license in Mexico, walk about a block north of the pharmacy and inside of the yellow building across the street from the Bancomer (BBVA) is where you get the license. You will then have to walk across the street to the Bancomer to pay for it, and bring the receipt back to the yellow office. Viva Mexico!
