I had tried to get all of the appropriate paperwork together for my Residente Permanente visa. It was so challenging to get all of the necessary electronic requirements submitted. Stopped at Paperwork’s and Josie graciously took me through the steps I still needed, put it all together in a folder and I was able to turn it into INM the next morning with absolutely no hitches.
