Very helpful in returning left behind valuables during my hotel stay. I’m grateful they were returned quickly and safely.

Great place to have shipped to from mailbox in San Diego. Add 30% to cover customs and shipping. I'm going to register car in So. DeKota and have the plates sent to San Diego and they send them on to Cabo for about $23 usd. Our friends use them and it has worked out fine. Now I can order my Lexus parts and get them to me for repair at Napa Auto Parts. Great way to make it all happen!

I was recently in Cabo lost my wallet while at the Riu. I was unable to find it before I left. The hotel found it and I contacted Joni at Mailboxes. She was able to pick up my wallet and ship it back to me via DHL I have not received it yet, but she has sent me all the shipping information and pictures of my wallet with the items in it so I know it is all there. I would highly recommend using Mailboxes in Cabo for any shipping needs or lost items.

An account at MBC is so much more than getting a box to forward your mail, it’s nothing short of a must have if you spend any significant time in Cabo. I’ve been a box holder for two years and it’s transformed my ability to access the purchasing access you expect in the United States through eBay and Amazon shipments, and obviously having a place to get my mail stateside that is consistent and dependable is crucial to expat life. Just knowing there is someone to sign for shipments, and in that mail here can be unpredictable it’s nice to have a signpost to get things to.I’ve shipped everything from iPhones to water filtration kits, to hard to find food products and spices. Heck they even shipped my BMW X3 in an enclosed cargo transport, at and affordable rate easily and ready for me to pick up within a week.When I say this is so much more than a forwarding box, you also build a relationship with Joni and her amazing staff who are the go to fir literally any question about Cabo living. They should market a separate product as a relocation/expatriation service.If you are looking for any of the things mentioned above, get a box for a month or three and see what you think. You will probably be like the rest of us and renew for the year.

We have recently moved to Cabo and Mail Boxes Cabo has been a game changer in terms of opening up our options for online shopping. You can ship anything from the states or Canada to their warehouse in San Diego and for a few of 30% they cover customs and ship it down to Cabo for you and you just go to their shop close to Medano beach, pay your fee and pick up your items. They also can ship things like cars and sensitive documents. We’ve been dealing with Joni and she is on top of it with all my online shopping from Wayfair and Walmart highly recommend

I couldn’t ask for a better business to assist me. I had a wonderful time in Cabo but unfortunately left my laptop at the resort. The resort teamed up with Mail Boxes (Joni specifically) to get it transported. Joni worked hard to find a way to get back to me safely. She was incredibly kind and gracious along the way. I traveled to Cabo a couple weeks ago and forgot my cosmetic bag in my hotel room. The hotel manager connected me to Jodi at Mail Boxes Cabo and she was so helpful. She picked up my bag from the hotel, sent photos and shipped it within a day of locating it. I recommend their services.
