I was look in the website page and added my information and right away Liliana Cantù reach out to me by a phone call, very nice and asked if it was my first buying a home and I said yes and I also told her if she can explain a little more about buying a home and she wanted to meet with me and my husband to explain us what are the steps to buying a home.everything that we needed to know about buying a home lily was very helpful explaining us and kept me and husband updated.Thank you Liliana Cantù

We had multiple unprofessional and disrespectful experiences with this agency’s realtor Angelitha De León.She booked 2 showings at our property for her clients and both times were no call, no shows. Living in the house still and we have a toddler so all showings can be a stressor for cleaning and getting outside the house for an hour. Much less to do this twice.She had excuses for these and we gave her one more chance to bring other buyers to the house. At this point she underbid the house by $65k. She expected asking 20% off would come off as anything but offensive?Perhaps she’s new and learning how everything works but most of these issues are basic tenets of respect that reflect poorly on BIG Realty as a whole.

Angel De Leon has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. She has taken the time to really get to know me ans what I need for my family and myself. Her level of dedication to her clients goes above and beyond and has surpassed any other realtor I have ever worked with before.
