Walked in without an appointment and front desk clerk C. Frausto was able to squeeze me in and i'm extremely grateful for that. I've been there before and place is always welcoming and clean. Hats off to Alexis, she was extremely helpful! Love the fact that my lab work results were available just by logging into the patient portal.

Great service with friendly staff. The Nurse Practitioner Veronica was extremely thorough and explained everything well and made us feel comfortable . The MA Petra was also extremely friendly and efficient. Have come before and will continue coming back. Highly recommend.

Doc -aid urgent care is absolutely the best urgent care I've been in. They are always on time for the appointment, the staff is great. I love how clean everything always is and time efficient. I've been here a couple of times and it's always a comforting experience as I go in. Thank you to the staff and drs who always attend us with a great attitude. Jeep up the great work!!!

Doc-Aid is a place in Laredo that respects your time. The front staff and the nurses are very kind and fast.They take you in at the time of your scheduled appointment! It’s awesome! The Health practitioner, Dr. Coe, was very helpful and took his time consulting me. I never felt rushed. Nurse Cindy was kind and answered all my questions. Julieta, the front desk attendant, and dr. Coe even went the extra mile! When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, and found out it was very expensive, and I called them back Julieta right away talked to Dr. Coe, and called pharmacy and switched it to another one that was not expensive. Definitely this is the place to come when we are not feeling well!
