I was having issues with the way my guitar was setup, so I took it to JP’s shop. He quickly diagnosed the issues, solved all of them, put on some new strings, and got it back to me within 1 day. He’s worked on a few of my guitars before and he’s always done great. Whether it’s a vintage guitar or a new one, a $100 guitar or a $1000 guitar, this is the shop to go to! Very competitive pricing + it’s a local business. Couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely keep visiting.

José did a great job with my Paracho guitar. I took him an instrument with great wood and sound, that just didn’t have the right playability (sharp & unleveled frets, bad nut & saddle, high action, issues with the tuners & pegs, and major headstock issue). He turned it into a MONSTER guitar with the most comfortable playability I’ve felt on a classical in a long time.This was my first time working with José, so I was a bit skeptical. Fortunately, his work and attitude far exceeded my expectations. He’s my go-to luthier now.

I went to him with my guitar that hermes music messed up they didn't know what was wrong with it and charged me 20 bucks and didn't even fix it properly but he quickly noticed what was wrong with it, told me what he was going to do with it and even fixed the electric part of my guitar (its an acoustic guitar) so now I can plug it in to an amp and it'll work amazing. He didn't even take more than a week to fix it and the price was reasonable for what he did to it, definitely my go to guy for my guitars

Have a 12 string ovation that wind knocked it down at church breaking tuner pegs. Hard to find and took it to Jp and he did a great job in replacing damaged pegs and restoring integrity of the guitar. You are a FIVE STAR repairman, just did not tab the last button by mistake!
