Álvaro is an amazing Yoga instructor and person. His classes are deep, very professional with a sensitivity to each student with different yoga levels. His goal is to improve your practice and helps you, with each posture to succeed and advance. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Lexi during her morning yoga class. She has many years of teaching yoga and it shows in the way she effortlessly leads and speaks about her practice. I came to her on my last morning before traveling home from Holbox and I’m so glad I did. It was nice to end my travels right on the beach and feeling reconnected to myself.

I went to drop off business cards for my photography. She was super rude! I didn't do anything wrong. I walked in and noone was at the desk, so I just put them on the bench where the other business cards were. I walk out and she comes around the corner, so I just tell her I'm dropping off business cards for my business. She brings them to me and says sorry, I'd prefer to know you, so I say oh ok, well I didn't see or hear anyone so I thought I'd just bribg some by. She was a Smart A** about it. Glad I didn't want to try yoga classes with her company. And btw. It's super cluttered when you first walk in. Not a great first impression.

el lugar es acogedor, me gustó que las clases son multinivel, así que vas a tu ritmo y te van apoyando... ah! y sin problema para la estacionada en la calle de a lado :)

Tomó clases con la miss naicel y me parecen fantásticas ya que logras conectar mente y cuerpo de una manera increíble.Att: Cindy
