Great place to get art supplies it has such a large selection and everyone there is so helpful for someone just starting out like me. One of the workers there in particular I believe she said she was a manager although I unfortunately didn't catch her name was so helpful with me and had great recommendations of what I should look into getting that was within my budget and I ended up leaving with some supplies that I'm looking forward to starting out my art journey with :)

The staff is very helpful here. We were greeted upon entry and an employee helped us find everything we needed. I highly recommend for college students, because the prices are quite reasonable. Remember to take your student ID for a discount.

Came here looking for a few colors of spray paint. Walked in and immediately knew I was in the right place. They have a HUGE selection to choose from. From Montana golds to hardcore. The guy behind the paint counter was really helpful. Best art store in San Antonio! Thanks Justin!

I’ve been going here since my first year of college, which was 6 years ago! Before Jerry’s, I use to shop for my art supplies at Michael’s Craft store. Once I got introduced to Jerry’s Artarama while taking an art class at northwest vista, I never shopped for art supplies at Michael’s again. Jerry’s has not only more options for all art lovers but they have knowledgeable staff that know their materials from painting to colored pencils and beyond. The prices are very good for the fact that you get a VIP card of discounts and many other sales they have all the time. Michael’s hardly has that kind of reputation for art supplies. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Thanks guys for always being helpful and making sure i get the art supplies I need! Go Jerry’s!

I absolutely love this place! They have an amazing selection of art materials, a very friendly and helpful staff and it’s impossible to walk in and not feel absolutely inspired!One of the many things that I love about that store is the Art displayed on all the walls. They have art displayed as a tribute to Jerry and art displayed by various local artist. All of the artwork is displayed and very neat and classy way. It is well organized and displayed with a purpose and not just thrown up on the walls.I was very impressed with the layout of the store and how well organized everything is. It was easy to find everything I was looking for and was very happy with the staff and the knowledge they have.There are many art supplies that I have used before, many art supplies I have seen before and many art supplies I haven’t used before. I asked the staff about many different products that I haven’t used before. They not only took the time to explain everything to me, they were patient, kind, welcoming and were more than generous with their time. They shared so much with me about so many items in the store.I was very impressed with the very wide selection of Montana spray paints. The cans were organized neatly, also organized by color and by type. They also have a great selection of caps and again, their knowledge is second to none.They have everything you need from sketching pens and pencils, acrylic paints, spray paints and pens and a wider selection of mediums.They staff has a clear connection to the local art scene, they have a relationship with local artist and relationships with the local community.LOVE THIS PLACE!

Jerry’s Artarama is a great place in San Antonio. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Alejandra, one of the employees, is a great artist in her own right, and when I had a question about a specific painting technique, she was able to provide detailed instructions as well as brush recommendations. They have a huge inventory and great prices! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had gotten a few recommendations from friends on where to get some good art supplies for a decent price and they mentioned Jerry's so I recently brought my family in to check it out for myself since my daughter is interested in art and wanted some supplies. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to any questions I had and even gave some recommendations on what I should get for my beginner daughter. The environment was very friendly and welcoming and My daughter loved the Halloween decorations through out the store it really added to the cozy fall atmosphere, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing art supplies or custom framing work done!

As a frequent customer , I feel the staff can use some training on customer service. Their tone and demeanor lacks and is quite short and cold. They always seem on edge and detached. I do feel the products there are exactly what I need, and hope reading this review they are enlightened with a customers concerns.
