BJ DRILLING drilled and installed a new well for me. Their service, support and customer service is excellent! Staff is very knowledgeable, super nice and professional! Every time I've called them before and after the job, they have responded quickly and taken care of me. I would recommend them without hesitancy to anyone looking for a new well or any well/pump services!

I have used BJ Drilling for 12 years, and have always been happy with their service. They are willing to try trouble-shooting the problem over the phone, so I know if it is a serious issue before I have them make the trip, they never treat me as someone who doesn't know enough. They are responsive, do a good job prioritizing their service calls, give me suggestions what to do until they can get there and they answer all my questions when on-site. I highly recommend them.

Paid to have an 8” irrigation well at 1000 feet. Within four months needed to replace motor two more times and company attempted to charge me for the additional motors. Requested warranty information on motors which they refuse to provide. Two years later needed to replace pump and motor again. When equipment was pulled it was obvious used pipe had been installed originally when I was charged for new pipes. Company refuses to meet regarding concerns. Made two good-faith efforts to resolve and no response. Had to hire different well company to put in correct equipment. Leave me no choice but to hire attorney now and file Complaint with ROC. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

We had a great experience with BJ Drilling Company putting in our well. The whole team was very professional. Becky was super helpful answering all of our questions and communicating about any changes in their schedule. The guys that came out to set up the rig and drill were very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a Horrible Experience with BJ Drilling. We would not reccomend using them. They dont stand by there contracts and they have worded" loop holes in there favor. Unfortunately

The guys drilling the well and finishing pump installation were quick and easy to work with. They did everything they said they would be doing and explained what they were doing that day. They were careful and didn’t let us get too close when there were dangers. All things considered, I highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services.

This was our first experience with drilling a well. BJ drilling was great about answering all of our many questions patiently. They delivered great service. They arrived when they said they would. Their prices couldn't be beat, and trust me that I called just about every well driller in Arizona. Their drillers were great to work with and made sure that we got the amount of water that we were needing for our property. All in all it was a fabulous experience working with BJ Drilling and we would highly recommend using them for your well drilling needs.

I recently had BJ Drilling install a well. My experience with this company was positive in all respects. Over the course of the 1 year process they were willing to work with me to get the job done. All of their representatives - Becky, Ann and pump tech James Harsh were very helpful even when we had a premature equipment failure.
