Today I had Quest call my physician because of orders needed. I also had the staff notify me intermittently as the progress of obtaining orders. Mr. Roberto Flores was excellent and left no bruising. He was gentle and I am very difficult to find my veins. He used appropriate needles that caused no pain and adapted to my needs. Kudos to the Quest Staff. Thank you for fulfilling my needs. You all deserve a 5 star. My wait was very reasonable. Thank you Quest in Laredo, Texas on Calton Road.

Que Esta Pasando en QuestCalton Laredo ???Ahora Con Cita y No avisan .Citas en ayunas MUY TARDEPERSONal sin Pacientes Descansando , Con el “Nuevo “ Sistema falta que Nosotros Tengamos que sacarnos la Sangre . Ademas poco Profesionales dejan Moretones enormes en los Brazos .Antes el Servicio era Muy Bueno Rapido y Eficas ademas de Atencion Amable .

Sign in tablet did not take my mom's 78 year old infirmation but did say it was complete and to take a seat. An hour later when I say that walkins were being called i went back to kiosk and tried to find help.A lab tech came out. She informed me the kiosk did work and also said it was best not to answer the questions correctly. I clarified what she just told me. I ASKED TO SPEEK TO THE SUPERVISOR BUT their is no one at the location. Her name is just Rosa from the southwest region.

Very bad experience. No help from Staff. No help from the automated voice mail. Once I finally got ahold an actual person they just hung up the phone and ended the call.

Got some lab work done and I have always had so much anxiety when doing so, but Araceli made me feel so comfortable and made my experience so great. This place will certainly be the only place I get lab work done from now on.

Needed to do Labwork and I only needed to ask if I could go in the morning. I rather not miss work and get it done in the morning because I need to be fasting. Tried to get contact someone there... GOOD LUCK. Laredo office simply pathetic. Sorry Quest, you need to get your act together for your patients. And its not like you are busy. The few times I have been there, there is 1 or 2 people at the most.
