Prices are good but no want to Help out on the lumber side even I had to Help customer lift plywoods and other stuff while there worker or I don't what there call but there near the Exit where all lumber goes out and it's not the cashier. sitting down waiting for customer to approach them to help them .it looks like customers service counter but they don't move them self from the chair behind the counter.

I purchased a large item and requested help to load to my vehicle, the cashier was super nice and asked for help over the load speaker at least 10 times. It’s been 25 min and still no help. What’s worse, is that employees have walked past and ignore the request.

No one is ever around when you need help. Customer service takes forever to answer calls and assist clients. They delivered my appliances and arrived dented. And tried returning it but gave me a hard time. Had to purchase a new refrigerator and wait on them to pick up the dented one for them to process the refund. I also got a call on a delivery schedule and they didn’t even deliver that day they were supposed to.

Employees are always rude and store pickup is extremely slow. I was planning a project to pickup after work but the order was never ready, I had to cancel and pick it up at Home Depot. I also bought a grill a couple of months ago no one at the store had the key for the assembled grills only one guy who was on lunch, they made us wait the whole hour. I only shop what is allot cheaper at lowes, everything else homedepot.

The associate with eyeglasses in the nursery is never helpful. He didn't have any customers at the time I needed help carrying my plants, so I did the best I could. This happens quite often as he would benefit from learning good customer care, especially with a handicap, elderly person.
