I am parent and have been trying to get a hold of my sons probation officer for the past week. Since this person which I will not name doesn't know how to return phone calls I now have tried to speak to a Supervisor and I get the same treatment no returning phone calls. This is rediculess. I understand that they get busy throughout the day but a WEEK and they can't return a phone call. That's BS!! Teach them to check there damm messages and to return phone calls.

The automated service and the operator system is the worst ever. You try and call to get a hold of a probation officer they're either out or you have to leave a voicemail. The call system is a bust, you try and get a hold of an operator and it repeats the message all over again. You choose a different option the same thing over and over again.

Ladies at the window have the talent to chit chat away and discuss their primos relationship and completely ignore and disregard those in line trying to check in. Just because we’re doing probation time doesn’t mean we’re animals to be ignored.

They don't open timely.The Phone number leads to one person, and they are rude for a government representative (not surprised)The Phone sometimes doesn't work and you can hear a fax machine as if they call avoided.I'm not really sure how the state expects you to pay back the probation amount if they ruin your background from being considered for job placement.
