Restaurante etíope

Wow! What delicious food served in a magical setting with fascinating people. Brook is a gourmet Ethiopian chef. I have eaten at Ethiopian restaurants in NYC, NJ and Washington DC and Brook's dishes were far and away the most nuanced and delicious! Not only a wonderful addition to the SMA food scene, but a passionate new small business that I am eager to support. I recommend reaching out to Kyla and Brook ASAP to order a meal, have them cater, or learn about special dinners and events they have coming up on their calendar. You won't regret it!

The food is authentic and delicious. Brooke and Kyla were great hosts, very friendly, and accommodating. They provided gluten free options and provided excellent service. Their terrace has beautiful views, it was private, and perfect for get togethers or private events.

Kyla and Brook are great hosts. Wether at Senderos or at their terrace, they create a cozy really pleasant environment. Food is five stars! Every plate is great and there are options for everyone. Non spicy, medium spicy, Ethiopian spicy (!). vegetarian, meat... Oh... and the smells....yum!!

DELICIOUS!! Ethiopian food is my absolute favorite. Before, when I would travel back to the US, I would run to Ethiopian restaurant in each city. I ordered for a party, Kyla was so helpful and easy and it all arrived on time. But the absolute best is that it is DELICIOUS!!!!Before I could sit down, my guests were inhaling the food. And we topped it off with the must-get desserts (both are amazing). Authentic, delicious and obviously made with love...you can feel it. GRACIAS!!!

Son personas muy cálidas y se esmeran en atenderte para que vivas una experiencia gastronómica única.La comida es muy rica, es diferente pero a la vez resulta familiar a los mexicanos. Hay de todo algunos guisos picosos, otros no, pero eso sí todos muy ricos desde las entradas, las empanadas de lentejas verdes, el otro plato acompañado del riquísimo panecito caliente, la variedad de bebidas y el platillo principal con opciones veganas, vegetarianas y con pollo y carne de res.Además que fueron muy amables en contestar todas nuestras preguntas respecto a la cultura Etiope de dónde es Brook y también de la cultura Japonesa dónde Kyla estuvo muchos años y sabe bastante , aprendimos mucho de ambos. Muchas gracias .Recomendamos ampliamente ésta experiencia!!!

I've been cooking a lot, and getting bored with that during the pandemic so I'm always interested in finding new restaurants that deliver. I came across AfroAllende in an article from FAQ-SMA and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! This is Ethiopian Cuisine, and it is superb. I ordered a day ahead, as they request, and it was delivered hot and at the appointed hour. I ordered a package called double date" because I would be able to select 4 different entrees

Ten stars! Last night seven of us enjoyed a delicious Ethiopian supper. What a kick and so easy! Everything was excellently prepared and graciously served. Brook and Kayla arrive a few minutes before our guests to warm supper and, from there, we all relaxed and ate and ate and ate. Please do not hesitate to try this different and fun experience. What a treat to have Ethiopian cuisine in San Miguel, and with such an accomplished chef yet. Brook’s judicious use of exotic spices makes for uncommonly delicious food, my personal favorite being the traditional chicken stew. I can’t wait to try every dish on the menu, the food is that good...and as a bonus, the service is stellar.
