Do not come hereAll I needed was a few roll pins removed from my watch so it could have a better fit.The watch was sent back 3 times for the same issue and every time I came back nothing was fixed.If you don’t want to do warranty work, just say that. But do not waste peoples time by telling them to come pick up their item when it is in fact not fixed.This was also over the course of 3 months

Siempre les digo a los negocios que tienen problemas con el trato y la calidad del Servicio..Que el empleado REFLEJA al DUEÑO y al MANEJADOR..Ellos que son la CABEZAS no están haciendo su trabajo o EL (DUEÑO) está igual y no han podido verlo, ya para los años que tienen en el mercado era para que estuvieran más grandes y extendidos por todos lados y ELLOS no tuvieran que estar cerrando de vez en cuando locales ya establecidos..DIOS LES DE SABIDURÍA Y PROSPERITY.El QUÉ QUIERA TIENDA QUÉ LA ATIENDA!!!

I took my wedding ring to get it fixed since another jeweler messed it up and a diamond fell out. I called a different Kay’s location and was quoted $35 to put the diamond in. I took it to the South Park location and the associate Janet told me it should be no more than $70. I said fine because I wanted my ring fixed. A couple of days later I received a phone call from them saying it was going to be $116. I asked why so much that I was told it was going to be a lot lower. They managed to have it lowered to $76. When I received an email that my ring was ready the email stated it was going to be $204. I went to their store frustrated and confused but they did manage to just charge me the $76 plus tax. Exactly one week later, the same diamond I had repaired fell out again and now it’s lost. I called immediately after they opened to make sure it was under their warranty. I called three times and not once did anyone answer the phone. The last time I let the phone ring so long it led to a busy signal. I went to the store and I talked to the manager and his excuse was they were really busy. I told him I understand but it’s not hard to answer the phone and say please hold if they were that busy. Well the manager said it should be ready the next Saturday. Yesterday I received an email saying my ring is ready. As much as I hate going to the mall especially a couple of days before Christmas due to traffic I went excited to pick up my ring. I went over and it took them 15 minutes to find my ring. In the meantime I’m nervous because I thought they lost my wedding ring. They managed to find it just to find out the whole time it never got fixed. Apparently their repair center has to order another diamond and it would take another couple of weeks. By that time I lost it. I asked that idiot manager that the ring was back in their possession for 24 hours and they couldn’t bother to call me to tell me what the hell was going on? I wasted my time going over just to hear the manager say “there is nothing we can do” and not even give me a specific day when it would be ready. I left sobbing because it’s just a never ending nightmare. I called corporate to file a complaint and the rep told me that their repair store wouldn’t send my ring back to the store if they had to order another diamond that it didn’t make sense. She talked to her manager and called this location 4 times but again the associates never answered their phone so she called their district manager and told him what happened and she told me that he would call me within the hour but so far he hasn’t. If you can, go to a different location or better yet another jeweler because these people are complete morons!

I had the most wonderful experience at this jewelry store! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me to find the perfect piece of jewelry for my special occasion. The selection they have is incredible, and they have something to suit every taste and budget. I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the pieces too. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for something special. 5 stars!

If you want to be discriminated or profiled please come into this KAY. The moment I walked in they were treating me as if I was some type of criminal. There was an older woman with shoulder length blonde/brown hair and wore glasses. She was extremely rude to me. I asked her if she had any 2 carat rings. Marquise, oval or emerald. Without even checking she kept telling me “We JUST sold it” over and over, and would not let me talk. I noticed her ring was a marquise and about the size I was looking for. I only asked how many carats was her ring and if I could see it from where she was standing. I was planning on looking elsewhere, but at least wanted an idea of what the ring would look like in person. The other jewelry places in this mall had 1 carat rings or shapes I wasn’t looking for. She then started to rudely tell me, “I’m not taking my ring off” and repeated “Rings are sold”. I was so flabbergasted and humiliated by the unprofessionalism, I got up and left. Not once did I ask her to take off her ring. She could have simply said, “I’m sorry, but I don’t feel comfortable showing or talking about my ring”. I would have completely understood. It was the fact this woman was treating me rudely as soon as she approached me and not letting me see any rings in the store. My partner is an engineer, so we have the money. Just because we were not dressed in expensive attire does not mean we are crooks. Don’t come here and Kays should train their staff to be kinder and use their words carefully to save future customers from embarrassment and humiliation.
